[Hush Security](https://www.hush.security/) has raised $30 million in a Series A financing round to expand its platform for securing AI agents and other non-human identities, with Akamai Technologies joining existing investors Battery Ventures and YL Ventures. The funding brings the company’s total capital raised to $41 million and will support growth of its engineering and sales teams, expansion of enterprise identity and access management integrations, and broader partnerships. Hush said the latest investment comes as organizations increasingly deploy AI agents that operate autonomously across enterprise systems, creating new identity and governance challenges. Hush said the new funding will also be used to expand support for enterprise AI platforms and strengthen integrations across identity and access management ecosystems.
